David C. Falwell, President

David always knew what he would do when he grew up. After working at his father’s company, Falwell Well Corporation, in the summers and after school as a teenager, he committed to full-time work there when he was 19. In the early years, he worked with various crews and learned the business from the ground up, and at the same time attending trade school.

Even more important than the experience and knowledge he gained, David quickly realized that the greatest asset of their business was the people who worked there. The company has an impressive list of talented employees with many years of service, and the Falwell’s will be the first to acknowledge that success would have never come without them. In addition, opportunities to branch out and work with area developers, businessmen and city and county officials have opened doors and taken the company in new directions.

In 2005, David was named president of Falwell Corporation and his brother, Charles, vice president. Since its inception in 1937 as a small well drilling firm, the company has grown to include full utility departments, consultation services and construction on almost any type of water system and sewer treatment plant. David and his team at Falwell served as managing partner of the first PPEA project in the State of Virginia. This project was successfully completed in Moneta, VA, in 2007.

Charles W. Falwell, Vice-President and Secretary

Charles has worked in all divisions of Falwell Corporation. From 1965 to present Charles has worked in field operations and is thoroughly familiar with the technologies and procedures needed to get the job done. John E. Ansted, Treasurer

During these early years John gained many skills and eventually was promoted as Quality Manager of WordPerfect Manufacturing. This included setting up Quality Systems for WordPerfect Manufacturing in Europe.
